Hello, this is Benjamin from R&D [Comm ID: R17712]. I've gone through the materials from Bureau 499. Based on the aggregate deductions made by our department and other operatives, the personnel in that outfit were almost certainly conducting investigations into some form of human paranormal abilities. The compiled files contain numerous observations and interview logs with various practitioners. Fascinating stuff. Frankly, I read through them twice. ...That said, whenever "they" show up around your area, it usually bodes ill. Exercise extreme caution. We look forward to your new findings!
