Quest content

Localized mission dialogue and instructions.

This place is wreched, my equipment... my data... (Vitaliy is organizing his lab.)

Equipment? Data?

I can spent many hours to explain everything from the start, but we don't have the time.

What are you talking about?

Allow us to skip through some red tape. Per U.R.C. regulations, you are required to report back to your Operations Department next.

How did you......

Then the Ops Department will transfer the "Potential Personnel Insertion Optimization Plan" to the R&D Departmen, and then R&D will ask you to help me.

Who, or what, are you?

Vitaliy Ilyich Yesikov, a researcher with the best and worst luck at the same time.

You can choose to trust me and help me, or you can choose not to.

...alright, what do you need?

Some simple replacement for my equipment and samples, I'm still checking other facilities.

I found these for you

How did it go?

Let me check... hmm......
