Localized mission dialogue and instructions.

Hello agent, this is Hugo [Communication ID: R03315] from the Operations Department. We cross checked the coordinates and time nodes, we confirmed that 88 Whitegate is a Dimensional Fragment. The problem is, we need to figure out the structure of the building. All we have is an incomplete building plan, the only legible area are 3F, 5F, 6F, and 9F. The rest are just blank. I need you to go through these four floors, and map the actual structure. Stay safe. Until then.

>[user]: I have checked all locations.

> [Hugo, Operations Department]: This is better than we expected, all four present floors are a match to the building plan. The rest--that's another matter.
