Quest content

Localized mission dialogue and instructions.

Hey buddy, it's me, Azzie from Support [Communication ID: R03242] You did me solid, so you're now with my crew. I wrote you a recommendation letter, and sent you a Dimensional Fragment coordinates. It's a special place - [Neutral-82], we call it "The Bazzar". It is an abandoned mall, a rare neutral ground within the Fragments. Its neutrality comes with the early reclaimers' rules that all major factions nodded on - make fair trades, leave conflicts outside, and mind your own business. Nothing is in writing, but everyone there follows it. Now you can use that place to trade some good, our credit system can be used most of the time, physical trading within the Fragments cost much less resources. There's always someone who have something you need, and vice versa. Coordinates are attached. And remember don't break the rules there. Good Luck.
