Localized mission dialogue and instructions.

Hello, agent. This is agent from the Support Department in the [Origin-00] area [Communication ID: R10093]. My department is also in charge of resource coordination in each area. Fellow agents of the same area often exchange surplus supplies as much as possible to improve the overall survival chances. I am hopeful that you can be one of us whenever you are capable. If you can contribute supplies to the short-range share channel, we will do our best to offer you items of comparable value in return. ==================== This is a long-term mission.
